Marketing Content Manager | MMI Outdoor Inc. (Montgomery, AL)
As marketing content manager, I am responsible for ensuring that MMI Outdoor's key brands: Trek Tents, Institutional Buyer's Guide, and Catoma remain fresh with new content. I work with a small marketing team (2-3 others) to ensure that all branding aspects are current and correct. I am responsible for product photography and video production. I develop and maintain marketing materials for our sales department including: spec sheets, instruction manuals, and documentation. I monitor MMI Outdoor's social media feeds and develop new content for Facebook and Instagram to increase brand awareness with our market. I research, locate, and engage potential influencers / ambassadors across all channels, and collaborate with them to develop new content when needed. I produce, maintain and develop consistent visual branding across all social channels. Collaborate closely with other team members to develop content and ensure business needs are being met.
Graphic Designer | Alabama Tourism Department (Montgomery, AL)
I work with our marketing division to promote the great state of Alabama. My scope of work includes: creation of magazine advertisements, posters, brochures, banners, and promotional pieces. I also assist our department with video and photography needs when requested. If it says "Sweet Home Alabama" there is a good chance our art department is responsible for it.

At Russell Lands, I am responsible for the design of print, digital, and web media as well as maintaining web content among our many websites by CMS. I monitor SEO and work with Google Analytics to make sure our websites are being reached by the desired targets. I also design print pieces in the form of event posters, billboards, magazine advertisements, and real estate advertisements. I work with email clients such as Brightbase to reach customers and maintain communication.
Helpdesk Analyst / Install Tech | ACT Innovations (Montgomery, AL)
Assisting government and private clinical/laboratory clients with any or all of our web-based desktop software. Helpdesk work involves troubleshooting over the phone, remote desktop connections, and customer support using a support ticketing system to keep their work going smoothly as best we can. I travel nationally for installations of new laboratories and I train users from lab technicians, medical assistants, probation officers, to lab and court administrators on our programs. We currently focus mainly on court management and toxicology software, but I also do some editing in graphics and web development work for our company.
Student Worker / Intern Graphic Designer | Auburn University Montgomery (Montgomery, AL)
While working as a student worker for Continuing Education I was responsible for designing and researching different marketing materials. Our department preferred to use direct marketing to reach its customers. I was responsible for catalogs, postcards, brochures, and print advertisements for many of the area magazines. I frequently used Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign and gained extensive knowledge about the programs.
